Lancia f. Henry lelt the Kappahannock and Warren offices of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service on June 15 to assume a position with the Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C.

Mrs. Henry, who joined ASCS in 1970, will be assigned to the appeals section of ASCS in Washington. She began her new duties on June 18.

Her career with ASCS began in October, 1970 as a program assistant, working in the Warren County office in Front Royal. In a Federal reduction in force move in July 1973, her position was cut to three days a week. In September of that year, the Warren County Executive Director, Warren Price, transferred to Pittsylvania County, and Mrs.
