NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED UNSAFE STRUCTURES ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, in accordance with S151.1 -11.2 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, shall hold a public hearing on Monday, July 2,1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, to consider the adoption of an Unsafe Structures Ordinance.
This Ordinance is intended to require the removal, repair or securing of any structure found by the Board, after a public hearing, to be a danger to the health and/or safety of other residents of the County.
The complete text of this ordinance is available for inspection from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and at the County Administrator’s Office in Washington, Virginia.
All persons interested in this matter are invited to attend and to make comment.
