The Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commission and the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors will co-sponsor a Virginia Department of Solid Waste Management seminar/workshop on July 10 and 11. This two-day workshop will be held at the John Barton Payne building in Warrenton, Virginia at 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. respectively.
The workshop is designed to provide technical assistance by the staff of the Department of Waste Management to local governments in preparing local and regional Solid Waste Management Plans and developing recycling programs.
