At the June meeting, the RAAC nominating committee reported its (nominations for the 1990-91 RAAC Board of Directors, to be installed at RAAC’s annual meeting scheduled for the afternoon of Sunday, Aug. 18 at the home of Mary and Barney O’Meara in Slate Mills.
Current board members who will retire are: Joyce Abell, Roger Flinchum, Mary O’Meara, Rae Ross, Margaret White, Martin Woodard and Mitzie Young.
Members who will be carried over for another year are: Diana Bird, Eileen Day, Sidney Gottlieb, Tinker Lyman, Rob Parrish, Marie Davis, Priscilla Fillebrown, Walter and Susan Longyear, Sally Morgan and Frank Reynolds.
Recommended for election by the Nominating Committee are: Beverly Atkins, Carlton Coon, Vincent and Dinah Day, Dorothy Mank, Mike Mahoney, Charlie Tompkins, Sara Shorter, David Smith, Page Smith and Robert Scott.
Additional nominations by members are in order and members will soon be mailed forms for this pur-; pose and for voting. New RAAC officers will be selected by the new Board at its next meeting on Aug.’ 24. :
