Henry returned full-time as program assistant in charge.
She became Warren County executive director in June, 1974 and Rappahannock County executive director in April, 1986.
In addition to her duties in Rappahannock and Warren counties, she was ASCS instructor for management training classes for the Southeast area, training executives and other ASCS personnel in management skills.
She is a member of the Virginia Association of County Office Employees and the National Association of County Office Employees. She served as secretary-treasurer of the state organization, and was later state president of VASCOE.
