The storm snapped a pole near the Jordan River in Huntly, and Potomac Edison linemen carried the replacement pole in and dug the hole by hand because equipment couldn’t travel over the rain-soaked ground.
By Sunday evening, all of Rappahannock Electric and Potomac Edison’s customers had their power restored.
