HOME ECONOMICS pepper, onion and pimiento for five minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms to the vegetables and cook for two to three minutes longe/. Remove skillet from heat, add the flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Gradually stir in milk and wine. Bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered ten minutes.
