Another informant, called. Confidential Informant 3 (CI-3) by the FBI, told Larson, that he or she “has known Kenneth and Thelma Allison [Allison’s sister] for over 10 years. During the summer of 1989, CI-3 accompanied [Allison] to a residence in Fauquier . . . [where] Allison scolded one of the occupants for having purchased cocaine from a bladf cocaine dealer in the area. Allison had explained to CI-3 later that if the occupants of the residence had wanted cocaine, they should ask Allison for it,” according to the affidavit.
“CI-3 observed Allison in possession of approximately one ounce of cocaine at an after-hours party following his daughter’s high school graduation. Throughout that evening, Allison provided portions of the cocaine to several individuals,” according to Larson.
Both CI-3 and another informant, CI-4, told the FBI of .other details alleging cocaine dealing and cocaine use by Allison and other Fauquier residents.
