Box 253 Flow: 0.055 MGD Receiving Stream: Thornton River Basin: Rappahannock River Subbasin: None Section: 4 Class: III Special Standards: q Discharge: Existing Municipal Sewage Discharge The proposed reissuance consists of: establishing limits for Flow. BOO, TSS. pH, Dissolved Oxygen, and Chlorine. This proposed reissuance is tentative. On the basis of preliminary review and application of lawful standards and regulations, the State Water Control Board proposes to reissue the permit subject to certain conditions. Persons may comment in writing to the Board on the proposed reissuance of the permit within 30 days from the date of the first notice. Comments shall include the name, address, and' telephone number of the writer, and shall contain a complete, concise statement of the factual basis for the comments. Only those comments received within this period will be considered by the Board. The Board may, upon request or upon its own motion, decide to hold a public hearing if it determines that public response is significant.
