Power outages and downed trees over the weekend were widespread when a tree fell on the Lipps’ residence. Mrs. Frances Semones had an enormous white pine in her front yard to fall. Fire and Rescue personnel worked Friday and Saturday almost around the clock answering calls, including downed trees on vehicles.
