Stir in soup and mushrooms; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream, and cook just until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot noodles. Yield: 6 servings. Party Ham Turnovers 3/4 cup ground cooked ham 2 tablespoons chili sauce or catsup
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Dash of hot sauce Cream Cheese Pastry Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well, and set aside. Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; cut with a 2 3/4-inch biscuit cutter. Place 1 teaspoonful ham mixture in center of each circle, and fold pastry in half. Moisten edges with water, and press with a fork to seal. Prick tops with, fork. Place turnovers on ungreased baking sheets, and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: about 2 dozen. Cream Cheese Pastry: 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour Combine cream cheese and butter in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Add flour; mixing well. Shape dough into a ball; chill for 1 hour. Yield: enough pastry for 2 dozen turnovers.
