It was tabled again in November, when Mr. Johnson was not present at the BZA meeting, and Mr. McCarthy notified him that the BZA would consider his request at the December meeting.
This month the BZA members tolfi Mr. McCarthy to write Mr. Johnson informing him that they would deny his request unless he appeared at the January meeting.
Mr. McCarthy also reminded the" BZA members that they had approved a a permit in April 1989 for the Post Office to use a trailer on a temporary basis for the Huntly Post Office. The permit was to be for one year.
The BZA had since granted a special use permit for Dale Welch to construct a building for the Post Office to rent as a permanent replacement, Mr. McCarthy noted, but nothing more had happened. The BZA members asked Mr. McCarthy to write a letter to the Post Office asking them to make arrangements to move from the trailer.
