chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted. 2 cups chopped cooked ham 1 cup uncooked instant rice 1/2 cup process cheese spread 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Saute ortion and broccoli in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings. Ham Balls 21/2 lbs. grd. cooked ham , 2 C. cracker crumbs 1T. minced onion 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 C. milk Mix and shape balls. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Mix 1C. brown sugar, 1/2 C. water, 1/4 C. raisins, 1/2 C. vinegar and cook. Pour over meat balls.
