Tarot workshop
Toni White will lead a workshop on the reading of tarot cards at the Natural Marketplace on Waterloo St. in Warrenton on Sunday, March 3 from noon to 4 p.m. Participants will learn the use of techniques to use and understand tarot cards as a tool for spiritual guidance and personal growth. 'Exchange' features visual artist
Ki Theatre will hold the third of its four-part series, “The Exchange,” on Sunday, March 10 at the Town Hall in Washington at 7:30 p.m. This event will feature noted colorist Ruth Blackwell, who will share a portion of her recently completed series of “mythic journeys.” The work will be accompanied by original music by Paul Reisler and Bobbie Read, and an accompanying script read by Julie Portman. Audience members yvill, as in the other “Exhange” programs, be invited to join in a dialogue with the artist about her work and the creative process. Advance tickets are $5, available at Mountainside Market in Washington; tickets will be $6 at the door.
Fashion show planned
The Rappahannock Woman’s Club will present their annual fashion show on Sunday, March 10 at 2 p.m. at Rappahannock Elementary School. This year’s show, “Victorian Fantasies” will benefit C.A.R.E. and the annual scholarship fund. Tickets may be purchased at the door or from any member.
AA meetings at Trinity
An Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is held every Thursday at 8:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington.
