VISITING A REMNANT of the Berlin Wall, Tony Woodard of Flint Hill is now in Germany as an exchange student in the Congress-Bundestagg Program. After a series of seminars in January, Tony began working for IBM in February. The 1990 graduate of RCHS is living in Stuttgart, and will return home to Rappahannock in June. He reports he now speaks German more fluently than English, and the experience of living in another country is one he will never forget.
