Grand marnier sauce
5 egg yolks 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbl. sugar 1/4 cup gr^nd marnier 1 cup liquid whipped cream
1. Place yolks and 1/2 cup sugar in mixing bowl that will rest on top of large sauce pan.
2. Place 2 inches of water in sauce pan and bring to boil.
3. Beat yolks with whisk over heat until thickened and pale yellow. About 8 minutes.
