trustee Robert Miller, who did represent her and has steadfastly claimed to represent the Lynn family, that the deed was invalid and as such unrecordable. Mr. Miller has also maintained that since the Educo Trust never had any assets in it, it never came into existence as a trust. After reading these I added a personal observation that I clearly labeled as such, which was, “In my opinion, the continued holding of the deed, after its return had been requested three times, was the equivalent to larceny, and considering the worth of the property, it would be grand larceny, although I wouldn’t know what the law would call it.” Somehow, in my naive way, I believe what I was taught, that taking what wasn’t one’s own was theft: I may yet be proven wrong. The second correction: When discussing the representations made to me by the lawyers designated as trustees in some 30 hours of conferences that they seem to have forgotten, I said that they seemed to have “misadvised” me as other lawyers later told me that the drastic steps taken to change the board were not necessary. I purposely did not use the word “falsely,” as I am well aware of the implications that this word carries.
