• Heard a report from council member Mark Bailey about replacement of the town’s 43 streetlights.
Mr. Bailey said that a Maryland company had quoted a price of about $3,000 each for purchase an installation of more elaborate fixtures. The council decided to delay any action on the lights for 90 days to acquire more information and decide if the lights at the new library are the design style it wants.
