Heart Association
kicks off 1992
The 1992 campaign kickoff dinner and Board of Directors’ meeting for the Rappahannock;\Unit of the "American Heart Association will be held at the Flint Hill fire hall at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Location for this event had previously been announced as Trinity' Church but was changed due to a prior booking at the church facility.
All residential campaign captains and volunteer team members are also urged to be present for the dinner and presentation of orientation, Q-and-A and discussion which will provide a review of recent campaigns and specific organizational plans for 1992.
Helen Smith and Maybelle Gilkey are co-chairing the dinner committee. All board members will be contacted and asked to bring a covered dish to share. We are reasonably certain that “heart-healthy" dishes will be high-lighted.
