The marriage of Deborah Ranee Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond L. Wood, all of Sperryville, to Glenn Wayne Hale of Manassas, took place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hale of Bakersfield, Vt.

The Rev. Tom Von Fange of Reynolds Memorial Church performed the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. She wore a traditional wedding dress with a beaded and sequin stand up collar. The dress was accented with pouf sleeves that ended in a V at the hands. The full satin skirt and train were trimmed with bead work and sequins. The fingertip veil fell from a beaded and sequined tiara. She carried a bouquet that consisted of pink and white roses, pink carnations and baby’s breath.

Matron of honor was Jennifer Moyles, sister of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Beth Hammond and Lori Yankovitz, both of Manassas.
