• It is now illegal to be a Peeping Tom when the sun is up. Virginia law previously only made it illegal to gawk through windows at night.
• High school athletes can now compete in both club and school sports at the same time as long as the club sport does not interfere with the school sport’s schedule.
• Schools in the city of Petersburg are now allowed to require students to wear uniforms.
