Gertrude Coppage had surgery on Friday at Culpeper Memorial Hospital and has returned home. Visitors of Mrs. Coppage and Anna Fincham during the week and weekend were Mrs. Wood Burke and friend Mr. Thomas son, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Smith of Luray, Mrs. Bobby Jenkins and April Heddleston.
Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Jenkins and Angie were Reda Cave of Etlan and Ethel Jenkins and Stella Burkhead, both of Aroda.
Our heartfelt sympathy is extended to the Pullen family in Washington upon the death of Lewis Pullen on Saturday.
Beatrice Sheppard returned home last Thursday following an operation at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
