“What’s for dinner?” That one question can make the most streamlined, efficient, time-managed schedule come to a grinding halt. * Let’s face it. Gone are the days when you have hours and hours to prepare the evening feast.
The thing is, you probably have never lost the desire to sit down with your family at the end of the day and share a simple, homecooked meal. In fact, it seems more important than ever to people these days.
Here’s help. The following recipes are from the Virginia Cattle Industry Board’s new brochure that I just received entitled “Beef, It’s What’s For Dinner in 30 Minutes or Less.”
These new recipes all use beef, but not the way it used to. Beef has never been leaner or simpler to prepare, although it still tastes every bit as good as you remember.
