The celebration will continue *at the Douglass Community Center and will include a reading from the “I Have A Dream” speech by area schoolchildren, a variety of musical offerings, some speeches, good food and friendship. Other activities are also planned. This marks the 30th anniversary of the historic 1963 March on Washington when Dr., King gave his “I Have A Dream” speech. Anyone interested in partfcipating is welcome: families, churches, schools, community organizations and businesses. Banners and flags may be displayed on the march and at the Community Center.
