The g Post invites you to welcome Ray Roach and Paula Bidwell Ro<u-ii from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, May 15 and 16. Ray and his wife, Paula, will be visiting from the Black Hills of South Dakota. They bring with them a line of jewelry they have created in silver, brass and copper. The designs for their pieces come from dreams, visions and need to express a blending of cultures. The pieces range from contemporary to traditional designs and are enjoyed by all people in all walks of life. Native American foods will be prepared and sold by Eve Hill and her family. The Trading Post is located on U.S. 211, West of Washington.
Going, Going, Gone...
A program on endangered species will be presented by The Wildlife of Virginia at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 14 at Spring Mountain School in Washington. The cost of Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children. This program is geared for children’s participation and the “Eagle” will be present. Refreshments will be sold.
