Raymond Ralls plead guilty to three misdemeanors in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in Washington, Va., on May 6. The offenses were assault, carrying a concealed weapon, and brandishing a firearm.
Ralls w’as sentenced to 12 months in jail on each charge, to run consecutively. However, jail time was suspended, and Ralls was placed on supervised probation for three years.
The charges stemmed from an incident last year between Ralls and Animal Warden J. Ray Pullen. Ralls was originally charged with two felony counts of abduction and displaying a firearm in a threatening manner while committing or attempting to commit an abduction.
Ralls was also fined $7,500 with all but $1,500 suspended.
