The congregation is out of room in the parish hall, Senior Warden Mike Mahoney said. The small Sunday school rooms in the basement are full, and one class is meeting across the street in the medical center. More storage space is needed for the choir and altar guild.
It would be difficult to provide handicapped access to the building in the current location, he said, and providing such access would take away from existing space.
Additionally the church itself is becoming more and more crowded. He said that regular attendees now number 127 for Sunday services. The church has a capacity for more than that with six to a pew, but people coming in just before the 11 a.m. service see the church as full when it
