Night on Friday, Nov. 12 at Rappahannock County Epementary School. * Following a covered dish meal, a slide program on the 1993 4-H UABO Exchange Trip to Japan was presented by Courtney Welch, Mark Jjsnkins, and Helen Smith, Extension Agent, who was chaperone to the 1993 delegation representing Virginia 4-H.

The program was follows by a presentation on the “4-H Year in Review” in which nine 4-H members reported on highlights of this past year. “The more inspiring report was probably the one from Becky (Jallegos who traveled to Louisville, Sy- in November to participate in the National 4-H Dairy Bowl as a member of the 1993 4-H Dairy Bowl Team,” commented Mrs. Smith.
“She’s an inspiration to our younger Members and their parents that 4-H offers many opportunities for achievement and leadership development as they grow older if they prork hard, complete their projects pnd record books, and participate in the educational activities that 4-H provides,” she continued. * “1992-93 was an innovative year for 4-H in Rappahannock County.
