Developmental Screening
Rappahannock County Public School System is sponsoring a free developmental screening on children birth to five years of age from 1-3 p.m. during the month of November.
Children will be checked for development in speech and language, general development, social skills and vision. This screening is not designed to determine if children are eligible for kindergarten. For further information, please call Patricia Hottinger at 987-8259.
CCLC Raffle
The Child Care and Learning Center will be sponsoring a raffle. Prizes will be a handpieced, handquilted quilt and dinner for two at The Inn. Tickets are $2 and can be purchased at the center or from any CCLC parent. The drawing will take place at the bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 4. You need not be present to win. Proceeds will benefit the CCLC scholarship.
Senior Citizens Dinner
A senior citizens dinner will be held at Hope Hill Baptist Church in Castleton at 12 noon on Saturday, Nov. 20. Call 937-5163 for transportation or information. All are invited.
