Niskanen, entitled “Plat Showing Boundary and Division Survey Parcel 8. Harris Manor Estates, Hampton District, Rappahannock County, Virginia”, said plat being of record In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Vlr?inia,

Appurtenant to and running with the property hereby conveyed is a right of way over all roads shown on the aforesaid plat of subdivision, such right of way being included as a part of this conveyance.
