He was also indicted for petit larceny for allegedly stealing a purse containing $40, credit cards, a checkbook and several keys, reduced from an original charge of grand larceny. His case has been continued to December 2, 1993.
Loretta Turner, 34, of Remington, wras indicted for one count of forgery, writing a check on the account of John Tapp in the amount of $50. Her case has been continued to January 6, 1994.
