Park Visits Up
Visits to the Shenendoah National Park were down in October compared to a year ago but are up for the first 10 months of the year.
According to statistics released by the park just under 388,000 people visited the park in October 1993 compared to 403,000 in October 1992.
Visits to the park were up in May, July, August and September and down in June compared to a year ago.
More visitors enter through the entrance station at Front Royal than any other.
