Besides the monthly cost there is a $33 installation charge to be hooked up and another $15 if a second TV is hooked up. The $33 will cover the cost of hook-up if the house is 350 feet or less from the line. If the house is farther away, hooking up will cost an additional $1 to $1.75 per foot, depending on conditions, Mr. Burke said.

There is also an additional charge of $.95 per month for a second TV.
