Donna Sue Jackson, 27, of Warrenton, was indicted on four counts of forgery, writing on the account of John A. Tapp four checks totalling $160. Her attorney asked that she be released on bond, but this request was denied by Commonwealth’s At-! tomey Peter Luke. This case has; been continued to November 19,' 1993.
Jeremy Adam Clem, 18, of Linden, and Shawn Alan Hamrick, 21,; of Marshall, were both indicted for arson in the case of three large bales of hay which were set on fire in July on land belonging to Werner' Krebser in Huntly. The Clem case has been continued to January 6, 1994, at which time there will be a trial with jury. The Hamrick case has been continued to November 18, 1993 for further disposition.
In Circuit Court on November 4, Romeo Ferguson, 36, of Jeffersonton, plead guilty to the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of PCP. The case was continued; to February 3, 1994. ;
