The lower increase pro- J posed by the office would allow only J 9135 to 10.35 percent profit. This ac- * counts for most of the difference be- ! tween the rates requested by the I company and those recommended by J the Attorney General’s office. J
Also the office is recommending • that figures to estimate “production ■ maintenance expenses” be reduced ! and that the higher rates be spread ! more evenly between the different J types of utility customers.
