friend, Mr. Sidney Budd, Sr., had a heart attack last week and underwent quadruple by-pass surgery last Friday. He is home now and recovering nicely. Many know him as one of the “Gospel Strings” group. He was a dear neighbor to use in Centreville many years ago.
We are excited to have my brother William “Wayne” McGlothlin in this week form Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.
He is a Chief Master Sergeant and will be receiving the General William Gilbert Award on Thursday at Bolling Air Force Base. Fie will be representing the Civil Engineering Enlisted category.
Wayne hopes to visit with friends and relatives while he is at his father’s home in Centreville. He may be reached at 830-3132. He should be there Thursday night to Sunday night. His son, Joshua accompanied him. FFis wife, Cheri and son, Matthew were unable to join him.
