Business Council To Meet

The Washington Business Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 6 at the Washington Town Hall. For more information or should you have questions call Tonya Richey, 675-1113.

Movie on Friday

The movie. Out of Ireland, will be shown at The Theatre in Washington at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 3. Admission is $5 for adults and S3 for children under 12.

RAA Activities Set

There wilt be an RAA Baseball Board Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 2 at Jeffersonton Community Center.

A Coaches meeting will be held at the Jeffersonton Community Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 9.

RAA Baseball tryouts for all leagues will be held at 1 p.m. at Stuart Field, this Saturday, March 4. In the event of rain, tryouts will be held at Rappahannock Elementary School for all leagues except T-Ball according to the following scheduled: Minors at noon; Majors at 1 p.m.; Babe Ruth at 2 p.m.; Softball at 3 p.m. For more information, call Sandy Carter at 347-4326.

Volleyball Tournament Set

The Rappahannock County Drug Free Schools/Community Team is sponsoring a single elimination volleyball tournament on March 25. I here is no entry tee. Each team of 8-10 players must be co-ed and include at least two students in grades 4-12. There will be a total of twelve teams. 1 rophies and ribbons will be awarded. Refreshments will be sold by SADD, Students Against Drunk Driving.
