His parents were the late Turner Frazier and Mertie Frazier.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel W. Frazier of Fairfax; one daughter, Klizabeth Kingma of San Diego, Calif, and one granddaughter, Kristin Kingma.
Graveside services were held on Sunday, Feb. 26 at Washington Masonic Cemeterv with the Rev. John Burke officiating.
