Miss Conklin said she will not be coaching during the spring sports season and will be working on getting students through their drivers’ education behind the wheel training.
She is planning on taking girls’ basketball players to team camp this summer. The camp is held at JMU July 14-17 and costs $210 per person, but she said she hopes fundraising w'ill reduce that cost for the girls. Anyone who is interested can attend, she said.
Coach Baltimore will be the assistant baseball coach this spring. He is also planning on sending basketball players to camp, but also plans to have a local camp. Called the Baltimore Basketball Camp, it will run for two separate sessions. Camp for girls will be July 4-8; a separate camp for boys will run July 11-15.
