Pursuant to Section 170129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on - Wednesday, March 22,1995 at 9:00 am. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
SU#95-02-02 Application by Thomas G. Taylor to operate a custom sawmill on property zoned “A", Agricultural (Tax Map 27 Parcel 18A) located on State Route 612. Use allowed under Section 170 36G. Additional Standards contained in Section 170 68.
A Copy of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am. to 4:30 p.m.. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747-022, in advance thereof.
