He has support and help coming from the county Board of Supervisors, the Sheriff’s Office, The Friends of the Rappahannock, PEC, RLEP, RAWL and many friends and concerned citizens. Mike Brown of B&B Service Center has offered his help with a truck with a winch. Mr. Harris also hopes to have assistance from others with trucks with winches.
