Mary Kay Edmonds said the county needs to do something about the signs and fines for people dumping from out of county. She suggested getting surveillance cameras to record the illegal dumping.
Werner Krebser said, “I understand where you are coming from. There are many ways to look at collection of refuse. He said making people drive to the landfill at Amissville would cost then $240 per year. He said 'the supervisors should appoint a committee to “come up with some solution that will satisfy most of the people in Rappahannock County.”
