So as not to dilute digestive juices, it is best not to drink with meals. He suggests drinking your water 10 or 15 minutes before a meal and waiting 1 or 2 hours after meals to drink your water or juices. Avoid drinking very hot or cold drinks; low mineral content of water is best as in distilled water.
