NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia will, on Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 o’clockr.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the. Town Hall on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia, consider the adoption of the following Ordinance: “In the event that a Public Hearing is scheduled before either the Planning Commission of the Town of Washington, or the Town Council of the Town of Washington, and has been duly advertised, and the meeting at which said Public Hearing is scheduled to occur is canceled for any reason, the Public Hearing shall be commenced at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the body before which the Public Hearing was to be held, without further advertisement or notice of said Public Hearing. ” Anyone wishing to make their views known are invited to attend said Public Hearing, and express their opinion.
