Warner Krebaer, M.D., 64 Gordon Clan Lane, Huntly, VA 22640, desires to obtain a Special Exception in order to resubdivide a conforming parcel of 26.06 acres and a nonconforming parcel of 23.1075 acres and create two (2) parcels of 18.8302 and 30.4502 acres, respectively.
