PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code.of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public nearing on Wednesday, March 27, 1996 at four o'clock in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

David Langelle of Recreation Plantation 100 Rock Mills Road, Castleton, Va 22716 desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to establish an entertainment-for-profit enterprise to consist of coin operated games, purpose being to ‘provide family, youth, and adult entertainment for the local community with strict guidelines1 Only refreshments to be accessible will be snack machines. Located at Tax Map 28, Parcel 54 on Rt. 211 just southwest of Washington, VA. Property is zoned “GC‘ in Hampton Magisterial District; 1.57 acres. Use allowed under Section 170-36, Article (D) (Amusement, Arcade Farilites, Indoor) of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on rile at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday 'through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
