PURSUANT to Section 170-120 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1050 Code of Virginia, aa amended, notice la hereby given that the Board of Supervisor* for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April ,1, 1096 at 7:00 p.m. in . the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application*:

Henry R. Hudson, Rt. 1 Box 675, Washington, VA 22747, desires to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Code in order to create a buHdable lot of approximately 4.4358 acres with a width of more than 200 feet. Residue of parcel would be greater than fifty (50) acres. Property is located in Hampton Magisterial District on/near Rt. 626 on the north side approximately one (1) mile southwest of Washington, VA. On Tax Map 29, Parcel 36, property is zoned “A" Agricultural, (from parent parcel of 106.75 acres). Allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, P.O.
