Sunrise Service Breakfast Served
A Sunrise Service is planned at 6:30 a.m. on the grounds of Amissville United Methodist Church. This is celebrated annually and is followed by breakfast in the social hall, ' Sunday, April 7. all are encouraged to stay and eat the hearty breakfast the men have prepared.
Easter Sunday Worship Service
An Easter Worship Service will be at 11 a.m. on April 7 at Amissville United Methodist Church on Route 211 in Amissville. Each worshiper will have an opportunity to place a fresh flower on the cross as they celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ The Easter music will have flute accompaniment. Sunday School will be held from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Nursery is provided for both. Rev. Nancy B. White and the congregation cordially invite you to attend these services for Holy Week and Easter. There will be an Easter Sunrise Service sponsored by Amissville and . Woodville Baptist Church on Red Oak Mountain in Castleton.
