NOTICE 1996 Rappahannock County motor vehicle decals are now on sale and must be displayed by April 15,1996. All personal property taxes in name of applicant must be paid before decals can be issued. A copy of registration card before decal can be purchased. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
