Jessica Capuria, 18, of Amissville, was charged by Trooper Sumner with failure to drive on the right side of the highway last Friday afternoon. She was driving a 1988 Mazda on Route 626, one mile north of Route 616, when she entered a curve on the wrong side of the roadand struck a 1988 GMC pickup driven by John Robert Sherman, 26, of Manassas.
